I have a user who received a Word doc from an external person (smtp mail)…attachment came in fine, but when forwarded to internal recipients, the attachment was converted to a picture.
I remember this happened quite frequently in R4–5, and there were tech notes saying it was a network issue??
Any help would be appreciated…of course, this is the CEO’s secretary having the issue!!
