Is there a way to put an “Add Attachment” button on a form? I’m imagining something like @Command([FileAttach]), but can’t find anything.
(NOTE: This is for a Notes client only – NOT a web application.)

You could use a RichTextLight field. This will do it for you without any code. You can then limit it to allow attachments only.

Wow… That’s cool! I would still like to get a regular button to work, but this should work as a fall-back.
Thanks!

marc,
try this code:
@Command([EditGotoField];“FieldName”);
@Command([EditInsertFileAttachment])
This will give the user a prompt box to select their attachment and add it to the field you want. The field needs to be editable to work

Thanks! That looks like it should work, but I get a Notes error: “Cannot execute the specified command.”
The document is open in edit mode with the cursor in a rich text field. All access seems fine – I can attach to that field using the Notes attach button or File>Attach.
