I am working on Lotus Notes 8.5 on Windows 7 and tring to write an agent which creates an excel report and should attach the created report to mail and send it to the specified addresses. I am able to create report and send mails, but not attach the report to it. Can anyone please help on this?

Yes, it would help if you just told us the language. But if you want specific help beyond “use this method of this class”, then you have to show the code! Otherwise, it’s really not worth the time to try to guess what you already know and what you don’t know, and to try and create an answer that you can understand.

I understand you have a problem in attaching your report in Lotus.It could be that you are making an error somewhere. Try to follow the steps I have listed below and see if it works.

Open Lotus Notes

Open the message you want to send along with the attachment.

Place the cursor on the message and click File menu and select Attach.

Browse the location of the report, select it then click Create.

Send your email.
