We are having an issue where customers using our external domino website are unloading files to us that contain Chinese characters.

When this file is saved in the Notes .nsf via the webQuerySave on the web form it is attached in the $FILE field on the backend Notes document.
BUT, the format is unrecognisable. It appears as:
-1.jpg
What can we change to ensure that any files attached via the web can be viewed, and processed correctly in the Notes backend database.
