Hello,
I have some of my users who, on some random external mails, cannot right click then delete the file attachment. The delete option is greyed out. I tried to give them manager access on their mailboxes with no luck in solving the problem. Double clicking on the mail to edit doesnt ungrey the delete option.
Anyone seen this behavior before ?
server and client both are 8.5.
