Subject: Keynote files are Mac Package format

Michael. Keynote files are a Mac package format. As such, the attachment would really be for a “folder” even though this is not the way that these files appear to a user. The quick work-around is to zip the file and attach that.

Too bad there isn’t an automatic method to do this.

Subject: Ah, Technically Tha’s a Folder…

Thank you Tim! Wasn’t aware and didn’t check :-o my fault. The feature request would be:show an explaining icon over the drop target; a crossed folder icon instead of the currently used cross, maybe?

support d&d of folders; this approach would fix any folder file type issue and the attachment of folders themselves

Txs Tim

Subject: Known issue…

This is a known limitation in 8.5 that has to do with how bundle files are constructed. We are currently investigating a solution for this issue and targeting a future release.
