i want remove an attachment from rechtext field and attach other ritch field kindly help me

actuly i want to this progmatically by using lotus script my real task is deattach the attachment which come in my mail box and attach it in other database which contain richtext field.

Look at the EmbeddedObjects property of NotesRichTextItem and also the NotesEmbeddedObject. You can use the ExtractFile method to detach the attachment and the EmbedObject method to attach it to the new Notes document. Don’t forget to use the Kill statement to delete the file that remains on the hard drive.
I don’t have a script that does exactly what you want, but I have some code fragments that do both steps, so let me know if you need additional assistance.
