I know how to use @WebDBName, etc… combined with the docUNID. Here’s my confusion… I need to send an email with link that allows a user to click and open a frameset with the specific document in the right frame. Is this possible?

you should be able to run a wqo agent and setup the frameset or do a JS check in header to check if doc is framed.
Have done this before but don’t remember what I used.
Check this: Q4 Is there a script out there that will load a certain frame first?

Thanks for the response… I know how to load the frame (could appened &Frame=) in the URL. My issue is then opening a specific document (off docUNID) in that frame. I saw some postings (think it was Stan) mentioning having to do a URLEncode. This is just to make it simpler for the users… receive the email -w- link that keeps them in the navigation structure but takes them straight to the doc.

ok, tried @UrlQueryString ?
For these examples, the URL command is:
http://www.acme.com/marketing.nsf?OpenForm&ID=986574&Category=Golf
- This example:
@UrlQueryString
returns the list:
OpenForm
ID=986574
Category=Golf
- This example:
@UrlQueryString(“Category”)
returns the text:
Golf
