OK… what secret “hotkey” did I hit? If I use the arrow key (any), it no longer moves the cursor but shifts the entire page. What happened?

I forgot to re-poet… found the problem. This is a different keyboard (MS Bluetooth) and an “F Lock” key must be used. Somehow the scroll lock was hit then the “F Lock” pressed so the scross lock would not disable!
