Archiving with webmail

Hi everybody,

i’ve migrated to 6.5 and i’m trying to archive messages in Domino Web Access, but i obtain the following error:

“the following error has occurred: OnBehalfOf user does not have the required access rights to the archive database”

Archive ACL seems to be correct, user has “Manager” rights on database.

These are the steps followed during database migration:

  1. i’ve run a “load compact -a” on user mail database and on archive database

  2. i’ve run a “load convert -u” on user mail database and on archive database

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Subject: Archiving with webmail: SOLVED!!!

Hi,

the problem was about ACL in log archive file (usually named “l_xxxxx.nsf”).

My suggestion is to delete this file and archive a document from webmail; in this case log file is automatically re-created with correct rights
