We are setting up server side archiving with summary documents. During our tests, all but one user has the option “Open Archive Document” from the Action menu when trying to read/review an archived document. The one user has “Retrieve Entire Document”. This is NOT the option we want. We have checked the db archive settings and nothing appears different from the other test mail files.
What could have caused the different option and how do we revert to “Open Archive Document”?
Any help would be appreciated.
