Dear all, i appreciate your help in resolving the following problem:
Scenario:

Archive Policies enabled for Server->Server archiving

Configuration “copy old documents into archive database, then clean up database” is used

Users have only READER access to archive (controlled via scheduled agent)
Problem:
When user selects 1(or more) document(s) in his mail file + use “Actions\Archive\Archive Selected documents” the client can not write to the Archive, however documents are deleted from the local mail file!!!
Result : DATA LOSS !
The status bar does display:
“0 docs archived, 1 docs deleted”
Q: What can be done to avoid users to lose data?
Unfortunately changing access rights in the archive is not an option.
