I was trying to archive some documents but I encountered some error, “10 documents were not archived because they had already been pruned.” I really don’t know what is pruned… Does this mean that my documents are corrupted and cannot be archived?
Subject: Archiving Pruned Documents
‘Pruned’ means that the documents have already been archived, leaving behind a stub with just the header (from, to, subject, date/time), and a pointer to the whole document, via Actions - Retrieve Entire Document (if I recall correctly)
hope this helps.

Select the option, Archive Unlock document, and then you will be able to archive.
