I have an archiving policy set up for testing, assigned to a single user.The policy specifies that all documents older than 18 months are to be archived to another folder and database on the same Domino server.
It also specifies to remove the archived documents from the original database.
The problem is, it doesnt seem to be removing the documents. It is basically duplicating the documents instead of archiving them.
This is a bit of a problem, because the whole point of doing this test was to reduce the mail file sizes down from 5-6 GB, not create another mail file thats 4GB 
Can anyone give me any suggestions?
