Archiving & Notes error: Someone else modified this document at the same time

I seached this forum for an answer concerning Archiving and the error message “Notes error: Someone else modified this document at the same time” - and can not find the answer that applies to Archiving. We are getting this error when archiving Selected Documents from Notes Client (7.0.2) to our Archive server. We had been running on a Win 2000 server but just recently move everything over to a new box running Win 2003. Same Domino server software version (7.0.2 FP2) on box. Same security settings on hard drive.

The emails get archived but it comes back with error message and does not delete the emails out of the persons mail file.

Any ideas on why this might be happening.

Also, is there a technical document (other than Help) to explain Archiving procedures.

Subject: Found answer - remove check box for log

Found solutio to the problem. On the Archive Settings - Advanced - remove the check box on log and everything run with out errors.

Not sure why - but it’s working without error messages
