I’m looking for info on how to automatically archive and/or delete email (from my Domino Server) for my entire domain of users (by date - nothing older than “x” days), BUT also giving each end-user the ability to place important emails in to a given folder, and that folder to be left alone (emails moved to this folder would not be archived or deleted).
I also need to leave calendar entries in the end-user’s calendar for a much longer period.
So email (except for what’s in “Don’t Archive” folder) is archived when more than 60 days old, and Calendar entries remain for 365 days.
Not having much luck finding mail archive process info.
Any ideas?
