Archiving in LN 6

Hi,

I recently upgraded my servers from Domino 5.0.11 to R6.

I have been unable to make archiving work. Everytime I try to archive I get the following message:

“There are no Archive Policies setup for this mailfile.”

Can someone help?

Darren,I enabled Archiving settings and criteria, and on my Address Book entry. But still got that message.

You have to enable Archiving settings on the mail file also. Go to “Actions”-“Archiving”-“Settings” on the basics tab, click on the “change” button to make sure you are archiving on your Local Workstation.

Now in the Archive settings box you will see basics and under basics there is a tab for settings. Put a check in the “Enable Archiving” box. This should now create a new Archive database if you have not created one after you run the archive.
