Archiving finished successfully but 0 file archived

Hi,

I configure a db for archiving. When I chose a line and I want to archive it, I can read that the archiving finished succesfully: 0 files archived 0 files deleted…

If the process is succesfull, why it doesn’t archiv it?

I am assuming you are archiving from your mail database.Can you elaborate step-by-step process of how you are archiving the document?

When you select a document and you pick Actions → Archive → Archive now - this will archive based upon the archive policy and the settings in that policy.

Try to do it by selecting the document and then click Actions → Archive → Archive selected document.

I am archiving an another database not mail dB. When I click on Actions I havan’t Archive in the menu.

After the file selected, I click File → database → Archive

Try to compact both your database and the archive. If it still does not work, point it to a new archive database in your archive settings … I am not familiar with Archiving any other databases except mail - this is just from my experience with mail archiving …
