Archiving errors

I have a user who has a local archive database, he had created various folders in his mailbox after setting up the archive, but those folders didn’t appear in the archive, so we went to the $folderinfo view and selected all the folders and went to the archive menu and selected archive selected and we got the following error:-

Notes error: Entry not found in index

Does anyone know if there is another way to solve this problem please? as he had archived lots of messages, but of course they’re missing from his archive.

Subject: Archiving errors

The Archive DB will have an all Documents View. Check there and see if they are there or not. If they are not then make sure that there is only one archive job active. If there is another Archive job make sure you know what the settings for that one. Fingers crossed it is not delete.
