When I select a number of documents from my inbox, folders or sent view and then choose to archive selected documents, copies of the documents get saved in the archive database, but the originals do not get deleted from my inbox.
Any ideas?

The Archive Settings option “Do Not Delete Documents That Have Responses” is NOT set, so all should delete.
According to the help, this setting does not apply when archiving selected documents.
Any other ideas?

This appears to be a regression bug introduced with 6.5.1 (and 5.0.13 if you’re using that).
I have done some testing on a clean install and the archiving function (Archive Selected Documents) works with 6.5.0 but not after an upgrade to 6.5.1 - and then works again after re-installing 6.5.0.

I am having this very problem and have tested the previously outlined workaround. The 6.5.0 client does work fine so I figured there might be a chance this was fixed in the 6.5.2 client. No such luck. Our servers here are still running 5.0.12 but we are getting ready to upgrade to 6.x soon. Does anyone know of any other ways to fix this problem?

We have version 6.0.3 on the server and my client is 6.5.2. This combination does remove the selected documents from the inbox and archives them to the archive db inbox.
