Hi There,
We have a database of documents which are accessed, created and edited on the web. I’d like to speed up the access to the most relevant documents. One thing that comes to mind is archiving everything which is over one year old to another database. Does this seem like a good solution? This database will just be available as read only to most users.

The only acceptable way for us to archive documents is to spool them to PDF. Is anyone familiar with spooling forms to PDF?

You can use our SWING PDF Converter API for server-based export to PDF. For instance, you may want to archive all Notes documents (including file attachments) related to particular client or case, or simply all documents within a specific timeframe.
