Since a couple of days, I enabled server-sided archiving on our Domino Cluster. There is one thing I just can’t understand;
If a user has no “delete” rights on a database, they can’t access the archive through “tools…”
If I add a bookmark to the archive in the Bookmark Bar, they can access the archive. Normally that would not be a problem, but the archive has gotten so big over the years, that I had to “archive the archive” into separate archives per year. So that would mean I would have to add three bookmarks now, and every year, a new bookmark would have to be added.
So, my question: Is it possible to access the Archive through “tools” without having delete rights on the database?
