We added two main folders to the mail template for the users to create personal subfolders underneath. Subfolders under one of the main folders are for documents to be archived after a year and under the other main folder for documents will be simply deleted after the retention period.
The problem is that when specifying these folders in the archive settings documents it ignores the subfolders and only processes documents in the main folders when doing the archive using the compact task on the server. There are no optoins for either the compact task or the archive settings documents to “process subfolders” so how can we get this to work on all subfolders underneath the main folders?
