Archived mail can only be readed but failed to reply or forward via iNotes

Hi all,

We are using iNotes to access user’s archive DB which placed on same server. Server is 8.5.1 version and mailbox&archive DB using v8.5 mail template.

User access mailbox via iNotes is normally. Anyway, when try to access archive DB(we simply provide one straight path eg. https://test.domain.com/archive/user_archive.nsf to user for redirect to different archive DB), the mails in Archive DB can only be readed–there is no “forwared” or “Reply” or “Reply to all” button. Any idea about it?

Add iNotes_WA_EnableActionsInArchive=1 in Notes.ini to fix the problem as the actions being disabled by default in Domino 8.5.1.

Subject: No reply feature in archive

This may be a deliberate design feature in v8x. Effectively anything you used to send out from an v7x archive stays in the archive. This can be very confusing for the user who sent the mail.

However, the Notes client does have the feature but not iNotes which is a strange choice.
