I have been using server based archiving for several of my users for the past 3 or 4 years. Most of them work fine, but a few of them are archiving but NEVER deleting the documents from the mailfile. I have looked at the help and made changes to all settings but nothing seems to fix this. I made them all manager but this didn’t help.
Anyone else have this issue? If so, is there a fix for it?
