I have done the archive setting Default for Expired option “Just clean up this database without archiving” and select documents button option “marked as expired” after 30 days and checked “In these views or folders”
After the 31st day the background agent should trigger and delete the documents from the server, but it is not happing.
I have also set the local replica of the mail file secluded every 5 min on my local machine works fine.
Other option setting the policy from the server side that is also not working.
Where as outlook as this feature works extensively.
Please provide solution for the same this requirement is there for couple of customers…
