I was hoping that perhaps some of you have come across this issue in the past. For some reason, I have a user who’s archive settings seem to revert to default - as if he never had an archive setup at all. The local archived mail file is in tact on his hard drive, but the settings are all ‘stock’. Instead of saying ‘My Archive’ it says Default for Last Modified, etc. The fix is simple enough, I walk him through reestablishing the settings and all is well.
However, it has happened to him twice so far and I have no reason to think that it will not happen again.
Any ideas?
