This is a major concern, when upgrading from notes 5.0.11 to notes 6.0X archive setting need to be configured again. Since we are planning to migrate all our users here at IBM Bromont this is a mojor concern. We can’t live with the possibility of having to get to every client to set the archive setting again. I mean, the settings are still there, cause if you open your mailfile again with 5.0 the settings are still working… it just seem that Notes 6 can’t interpret those settings and just ignore it. In my mind this shouldn’t even have been designed/released this way. Please help me if you could, thanks, Simon

dont know if the upgrade to R6 preserves the archive settings but what might help you is the fact that archive settings can now be set through policies. This way is shoul be easy for you to reset them for all of your clients without “going to everyone”.
