Hi, When one of our user trying to archive, they get the following error.
Archive Notes error: You are not authorized to perform that operation.
I checked the ACL and found it is o.k with manager access. No restriction in the OS security level. Any help please…?

Check his archive settings from the database properties, if the user has an archive policy assigned, he won’t be able to manually archive the mails.

Have you checked the ACL on the users archive log file?I believe that each time you archive this file gets written to.

I’ve user with similar problem. User has changed his Notes Name recently. By granting access right of his previous name to his mailbox, problem is solved.
