We have an organizational archive policy set up to archive (and remove) documents from our users’ mail databases that are over 6 months old.
The policy is working, but not as I think it should be. Some documents will be archived that are over 6 months old, but there are hundreds of documents in some databases that are almost 3 years old and for some reason, they are not being archived.
I’ve checked the modified date of the documents and the dates are well past 6 months old. I am not getting any error messages as to why these documents are being passed over by the archiving process. They are documents in the Inbox as well as All Documents (which we do have specified in the criteria).
If anyone has any ideas as to why documents that are 2-3 years old but not getting archived, please let me know!
