I am trying to set up a global archive policy for our organization. I have a specific format for the archive destination that I would like to see; however, the destination tab does not give you many preferences.
Currently, our mail files are stored in subdirectories of the mail folder by letter of last name. So my mail file is in mail\g.…
For archiving, I want it to store in a master folder called Archive, then a subfolder as the mail file, and then I would like a subfolder inside there of the user’s shortname or id, for example my archive path would be:
archive\g\geddid1\a_geddid1.nsf
Does anyone know if this is possible?
