Archive Now - All documents selected by user

Last year, one of our users created an archive with the Archive Document Selection set to “All documents: selected by user”. She then selected several folders under “In these views or folders” and created the archive database.

She wants to update the archive with new folders selected, but when she chooses the Archive Now option no documents are copied; they remain in her mail file.

The description for Archive Settings lists the folders correctly: These archive criteria settings copy all documents from the folders US\2007 Budget, US\Broadcasts 2007, etc.

One of my associates suggested Technote 1253077 as an explanation, but I would like to know if there is another solution to this problem.

According to the user, the archive was created successfully by this process. It should also work for updates.
