Server version - 7.0.2Mailfile template - 6.5.5
We are unable to update the design of the mailfile to 7 as the company uses a standard template design.
Im unable to get the Archive link to work under tools|archive
I have try the following to see if it resolve the problem:
1.) Removed archive policy from his person document and reassigned it , restarted his notes client to re-authenticate. This not working.
2.) Changed the policy document not to “enforce” or “inherit” any settings as per IBM REF 1307261 and still no luck.
3.) Replaced design on names.nsf because of the “$Policies” field as per IBM REF 1229319 but still it is not displaying.
We are able to open the archive in the Files view.
When you try to access the archive settings you get “Server Error: Entry not found in index”
What else can be attempted to resolve this?
