I’ve been trying to setup an archive that will automatically archive all emails in my folders in Lotus Notes.
The schedule is set to archive my folders which I’ve selected in my Archive settings every day at 9:30. It appears to be working, but I noticed a few emails are still sitting in my inbox folders, but they’re also in my archive.
As anyone come across this before? I’m afraid to delete the emails in my inbox folder and have the messages in my archive delete as well. Thanks

Do you have the “Delete a document only when the criteria can delete all responses too” option checked?
I’m pretty sure the wording was different in the R6 template, but both mean that a your Archive count and document deleted count at each archive will rarely be the same, and some documents will exist twice for a while.

Yes I do have the “Delete a document only when the criteria…” option checked.
Should this option be un-checked?
