Archive mail question

I have Notes 6.5.1 installed and my mailfile is at the 6.5.1 template level. I know how to go to Tools, Archive Settings and do archiving.

My specific question is this: is there any kind of archiving option to have it archive documents based on being x days/months old?

Based on what I see, you can archive items not modified in x days and not accessed in x days, but can you simply use the archving feature to say, ‘In these folders, please archive and remove all documents older than 90 days as of this point in time?’

If not, WHY isn’t this a feature? It seems to only let you archive based on # of days since being modified.

Subject: Archive mail question

This is a feature in Notes 6.X!In the same dialogbox where you can set the days “not modified” you can choose “in these views or folders” and select them.
