I want to set up an archive/delete schedule that will archive or delete anything over 365 days old EXCEPT for the documents in 2 certain folders. If a user needs to keep something longer that 1 year, they can build a folder called “Security” and documents in that folder will not be deleted.
Can this be set up at the server level? Does anyone have a better way to do this than through archiving? Thanks. Bob
