Hello dear colleagues
What exactly does all document “Not modified” mean?
all document not accessed/open by someone since x time?
If I respond or forward a mail should be that mail considered “modified”?
Thanks a lot and best regards

In most applications, you can view a document without making a change to it. You can also usually forward things without modifying them (the mail file is an exception). If you look at the document properties you can see when the document was last modified, and when it was modified in the current file (e.g. maybe it was edited a month ago in another replica, but the change just replicated to this server yesterday – so these dates can be different). I believe “Not modified” refers to the first modification date (a month ago), but I’m not certain.
