I’d like to setup an archive that will archive every doc from all folders in a mail database by date. For example archive all doc dated before 1/1/2004. I can’t find a select criteria that does this in the Archive settings. The options for modified, or accessed don’t pick up all the docs. I looked at making an agent to do this but the only option I see is to copy the docs. But copying will lose all the folder structure and just dump everything in one place. The user I’m trying to do this for has a very structured folder system I don’t want to lose.
