Is there anyway to perform the approve mail file deletion automatically?

I don´t want edit the document and approve each entry

You can just select all of the documents and click the Approve Selected Requests button.

Fair enough. I just wanted to make sure you know that you don’t have to manually approve each request. You can write an agent that leverages code similar to what is in the Approve Selected Requests agent.
