Applying changes to mail quota policy

I have amended user policies for mail file quota and have assigned the policies to users in the address book.

However the user’s mail files still have the original quota in place.

What else do I need to do to actually apply the new quota?

you are assigning the quotas in the registration setting document. This only gets assigned at user registration, so your new users will get quotas. You need to select all the files you want to apply a quota to in Admin client. If using clusters, set the enforce quota notes.ini setting.

Allso, policies are applied after notes client signs on on daily bases.Personally, i would only enforce quota’s within Admin… you will allso have to think of something to do with local replica’s…
