Application for report about mail content

I’m looking for information about reporting.We study applications able to make report about content of email (category, etc…)

Are there application to do it? and have someone implement and test it?

Are you asking whether or not you can create a report, based on the content of messages going through your domain? If so, then I don’t think that there is anything native to Domino to do that, and you will have to find some 3rd party application. This application would have to have all mail route through it, examine every mail message, and categorize them based on criteria that you create.

May I ask why this is important? I know that there are 3rd party spam filters that can do this, but they are looking only for spam keywords, not good mail.

In fact we want to have information about what type of mail are exchanged in our company and with other company

a reporting about type of mail for each month.

It’s a administration application that we look for.
