I am about to pull out the rest of my hair trying to solve my traveler issue.
We have recently install notes traveler 9 on out IBM I server. Everything looked to be functioning fine, using an android phone we navigated to ourserver.com/traveler and downloaded the application and after a few prompts we were off and running.
Our issue began when we attempted to configure both an ipad and ipod 4, both devices are running v6.1.3 again we navigated to ourserver.com/traveler we were able to login without any issues
Steps we took from here
- We selected the configure an apple device,
- We entered the username and email address
- Clicked install profile
- Again we entered our password.
This is where our issue is. We are greeted with a message “Unable to Verify Account”

I understand that this is usually an HTTP OPTION issue, but the thing we can’t seem to figure out is where to enable this option when using the Web Configuration. We have since opened a PMR with IBM but no one seems to understand where to do this.
One other thing I have done is wile on a green screen using the wrkdomsvr command viewed the note.ini file looking for the HTTPDisableMethods only to come up empty
Is there anyone else out there that knows how to resolve this issue?
