Appending a tag on outgoing email

Because of HIPAA, we want to add a legal disclaimer to the bottom of all outgoing messages on our 6.0.1 Domino server. Can someone please tell me how to do this?

Since this is the Domino 6 forum: 6.0.1 contains a “Disclaimers Text” field in the Configuration document, check out the 6.0.1. Readme.

I see it mentioned for the iNotes client – we only have desktop users and I don’t see any reference for that…

indeed - discalimers only work on iNotes
