Appenddoclink to notesdocument without having document reader access

Is there a way to append a doclink that points to a document that the user does not have reader access to?

I am using the AppendDocLink method of NotesRichTextItem.

I have the document’s UNID, but I do not have access to it. I would like to create a doclink to it in a NotesRichTextItem field.

Subject: use an agent

You’d have to use an agent, signed by someone with access to that document (editor access of course, reader won’t do). Then an action/button can call this agent to run on the server
