AppendDocLink - no link created only for a specific user

Hi,

Every morning a report is sent to 3 differents person. The report contains doclink to specific documents. Links are fine for 2 persons, but one person cannot see doclinks at all. He get the following message rather than the icon:(Document link: Click on link to launch the document).

I’m sure it’s a setting on his pc, but I cannot find which one? He does not have the problem only with my reports, but with all doclinks sent to him…

Somebody has a idea?

Subject: AppendDocLink - no link created only for a specific user

in his server person document, incoming mail is likely set to prefer MIME. Change it to keep in senders format.

Thanks for your suggestion, the setting was “prefer MIME”. I’ve changed it to keep in senders format. Hopefully it will be ok tomorrow morning.
