For all users, I need to append an image to e-mail message, in the bottom part of the message, when they send the message, but I cannot use the disclaimer, due to company’s policy reasons.It’s impossible to set the Preferences in Notes Client, we have thousands people in different sites.
The image is a JPEG file, but I can convert it into other formats, for example GIF.
I think that I can modify the DWA7.ntf template, adding code to the QuerySend Script (in Form → Memo), but I don’t know LotusScript. Which code should I add?
It is very important for me, every help will be appreciated.
