Anyone seen strange printed icons?

I have some users getting this problem with printing their emails to PDF. Some emails (not all) seem to print the icon attachment VERY LARGE indeed!!

This blurrs up the whole rest of the email making it unreadable. I have posted an example here (I have removed the To and CC names just for privacy)

I’m having the same exact issue (not in email, but a custom db). Have you gotten past this? Any info you have - please share.

After much trying different things, Nick and I have both agreed that upgrading to Adobe 7.0 fixes the problem.
