just wondering if any of you guys sale or share your inotes6.ntf customized templates. Ive been trying to modify main design but it looks difficult. We are having problems with users because ALL OF THEM use Internet Explores to access mail, and inotes6.ntf we have is poorly designed.
Any bussiness near?

When you say yours is poorly designed, has it been customized or is it the default design? I ask because if you are having problems with the template as it is shipped by IBM, you could post those issues here and receive assistance.
We’ve made minor modifications in our mail template, but once you do so it is no longer supported by IBM. If that is not an issue for you, then go for it! If a user has a problem, we replace their design with the original template and if the problem still exists, we then open an incident with Lotus.
I’ve also learned the hard way that customizing any template that Lotus provides should be approached very carefully due to the complexity of the design. The current inotes6 template is currently not designed to be customized, but there are instructions on how to make minor modifications available (add a new button, new tab, etc.).
