Anyone having autosynch problems wiht at least Lumia devices since last update?

Hello

Updated finally last week one of our Traveler servers to “IBM Notes Traveler 9.0.0.1 Build 201308261107”. Should be latest? After that I’ve had some Lumia users who say that Autosynch does not work anymore to device. If they push the synchronize button on device mails load just fine, but not without. If they set some synchronation time, like 15 minutes, they come normally.

One user I would suggest there is something wrong with device, but now I have few saying the same thing. I’m just waiting others to find out also…

All devices seem to be WP8 for now.

Suggestions anyone?

There is a problem with Windows Phone 8 when the device go offine (airplane mode on, no gsm signals, etc) and syncing go obviously off.

Then, when device go online (airplane mode off, gsm signals go back, etc) the active sync profile for Traveler stop syncing.

Hi, i’ve the same problem with a nokia lumia 925 with os version 8.0.10328.78. If i restart the device all work fine for 11/12 hour.

My IBM traveler is version IBM Notes Traveler 9.0.0.1 Build 201308261107

Can you help me.
