I’d like to be able to include a database ‘address’ or the like in an email distro list so that copies of any email sent to this list would automatically be appended to the said database. The main purpose is to store copies of the emails reliably in a centralized location, but it will be a historical reference tool as well.
I have admin rights to the database, but not the server it is on - and I’ll be including this ‘address’ in the server address book so that the distro can be dymanic.
Is this possible? Or is there another way to do this that achieves the same goal?
